Directions
Diffuser: Fill diffuser tank with room temperature distilled water and add 3-4 drops / 100 ml water. The oil will naturally vaporize throughout the room.
Inhale: Open a bottle of pure essential oil, put the bottle nozzle 9-10 cm toward your nose and inhale deeply a few times. But don’t let the undiluted oil touch your skin.
Bath: Add 3-6 drops into a warm water bathub, soak in for at least 10-15 minutes.
