Introducing Sean Sheila

Founded in 2014, Sean Sheila fabricates intricate garments for men and women. Each piece is handcrafted by artisans to further embodies a strong and modern silhouette.


The DNA of the brand is in the application of hardware materials and signature embroidery. This attention to detail adds an extra touch of luxury and distinct identity to each pieces. Their garments are made by tailors with disabilities from SBL Negeri Purbalingga and have been working closely with them since 2011, even before the brand’s creation.


Each employees undergoes 2 to 4 years of training, to learn necessity skills like the basics of sewing, embroidery and helping them to become masters of the craft. The brand also provide them with lodging, food, and higher wages.
To further amplify their commitment in helping people with disabilities, Sean Sheila also learned how to do sign language to communicate with their workers and even create their own sign language that doesn’t exist in ISL.
