ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE & COMMUNITY (FULL-TIME)
We’re looking for an Account Executive & Community to join Sonderlab! You’ll be working closely with KOLs, communities, and brand partners, building relationships, managing collaborations, and supporting events that bring Sonderlab’s creative ecosystem to life.
Job Description:
- Approach and engage KOLs and communities that align with Sonderlab’s brand and campaign needs.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with communities, tenants, and brand partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, community movements, and market insights.
- Support event execution by managing communications with tenants, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop comprehensive decks and proposals for projects, events, and collaborations.
- Work closely with internal divisions and external partners to achieve project targets and deliverables.
- Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle challenges with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work situations.

DESIGN ASSISTANT/SAMPLE MAKER (PART-TIME)
We are looking for an Design Assistant/Sample Maker which will be in charge of assisting in design process and sample making and alterations.
Requirements:
- A degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the fashion or related industry is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Persistent, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong team player with good communication skills
Skills:
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to forecast trends
- Sewing skills
- Pattern making and draping skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
