Job Description:

  • Responsible for actively replying to chats and providing information about product and services.
  • Responsible for online store’s customer services in a good language
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Shopify backend admin (input product details, live products, stock checking, sales/purchase troubleshoot)
  • Warehouse activity: checking stock balance between merchandiser & warehouse)
  • Manage weekly restock to warehouse: Create packing list, request barcode, inbound checking


  • Minimum diploma degree
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa & English, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work from office (3 days)
