We are looking for Production & social media manager who will be handled our Fashion Line 

Job Description:

  • Develop social media content for all active channels - Instagram and TikTok.
  • Must be comfortable in front of the camera and willing to be featured in some of our video content.
  • Write content for both social media
  • Plan and schedule weekly social media content.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly social media reports.
  • Brainstorm marketing ideas and creative initiatives.
  • Fabric Sourcing from identify and source high-quality fabrics required for production.
  • Communication with Factories: Contact between the company and production factories.
  • Warehouse Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Office and Factory Supplies Management: Oversee the procurement of supplies for both office and factory needs.
  • Cost Calculation and Retail Price Finalization: Calculate the cost of production including raw materials, labor, and overheads.


  • Familiarity with social media marketing.
  • Up-to-date with current social media trends.
  • Familiarity with video production and post-production tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and factories.
  • Prepare and present reports on production progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on projects.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Skills in copywriting, content writing, communication, attention to detail, and being tech-savvy.
