Sonderspoon: A Culinary Journey Introducing Sonderlab Perfumes

This time, Sonderlab is collaborating with Glou Wine and Bistro to promote and sell the perfume. Other products have been born from this collaboration to support the perfumes; special collaboration menu by Glou Wine and Bistro, and Chef Renatta Moeloek.

The idea was to put Sonderlab perfumes side by side with Glou Wine and Bistro’s creation, thus Chef Renatta Moeloek and Glou Wine and Bistro created two dishes and two cocktails inspired by the perfume scents. Two dishes consist of an appetizer; The Orange Foie – a dish with jasmine milk tea brioche French toast topped with a foie gras, and seasoned with orange, ginger, and black pepper, and the other dish is a dessert; The Riz Au Lait – a toasted rice pudding, with malted mesoyi wood bark caramel, vanilla poached pear, chestnut and pink pepper.

These dishes will not be complete without their cocktail siblings, named according to the perfume variant names; Fatal Attraction – a combination of rye whisky, Frangelico, vanilla bean, pink peppercorns, egg white, and orange bitter, and Aerial View – a cocktail with combination of pink gin, amaro liqueur, cabe gendot, and jasmine.
