RASSVET

Rassvet (PACCBET) was founded in 2016 by Russian professional skateboarder Tolia Titaev and renowned fashion designer Gosha Rubchinskiy. The brand was born out of a desire to represent Russian skate culture and create clothing that combined streetwear aesthetics with the unique spirit of Eastern Europe. The name "PACCBET" (pronounced "Rassvet") means "sunrise" in Russian, symbolizing new beginnings, hope, and a fresh perspective.
