Hadi Ismanto is the founder and CEO of New Media Folder, a media company that aims to raise the quality of media in Indonesia. The company has two business units: Manual Jakarta, a lifestyle magazine; and ZOU, a creative communication studio.

An Arts graduate from The University of Melbourne, Hadi had worked in various media fields such as public speaking, journalism (print & online), and advertising prior to his current venture.
