This week, we’ve had the opportunity to caught up with Karina, Adinda, and Vina the founder of K.A.L.A Studio to get to know now more about their personality.
- Short introduction about yourself!
Karina: Mama of two and a pug. Co-founders Kala Studio.
Adinda: Mom to two boys, Co-founders Kala Studio and a full-time journalist
Vina: If there is a superhero character, I’m “Super Gemini” who’s constantly juggling a variety of passions and hobbies. I just can’t sit and relax at home, I have to do something (can be anything really) otherwise I feel bored.
- How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Karina: Kind – Adaptable – Reliable – Inventive – Neighborly – All-rounder, Oh sorry that’s 6 :P
Adinda: Friendly – Imaginative – Loyal – Organized – Dependable
Vina: Can’t live without my family.
- What is your greatest strength or weakness?
Karina: Friendly but Moody, Honest, no sugarcoating.
Adinda: I am a nervous person by nature and panicky, but I am a good Team Player.
Vina: I can be super ambitious/competitive but annoyed people (but at least I realized this right LOL).
4.What is your spirit animal?
Karina: It would be a Koala
Adinda: Corgi
Vina: This is a really hard question. I’ve never thought of this before. I actually just tried this Spirit Animal Quiz and the result was TIGER.
- What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?
Karina: Fabric swatches and samples arriving at the office!

Vina: I’ve been reading a lot of children books to my son before his bedtime, and love this “ELMER” book. ELMER is a colorful patchwork elephant who was trying so hard to be grey just like the other elephants. The story is about ELMER’s journey trying to change his color but ended up loving and embrace his color.
- What do you like doing in your spare time?
Karina: Binged watching in PJ
Adinda: Find something to watch on Netflix
Vina: Going for a walk to the park by listening to my Spotify Playlist : )
- Which fashion item or trend do you wish would disappear forever?
Karina: Hmm, for me probably those ridiculous glasses without lenses, what was the point?
Adinda: Those 90’s double platform sandals. Yikes!
Vina: None – every time I thought about something ugly, I ended up buying them like CROCS lol.
